All items will be shipped by method of UPS, except Acli-Mate products and they will be shipped through the Post Office. We will email you a tracking number that you may use by going to the UPS website. If you prefer you may also contact us by email and we will be happy to give you an update on the progress of your order. Shipping rates are calculated based on dimensional weight.
Please email us for a return authorization number.
Returns must follow the following criteria:
-returned within 14 days
-returned in the original packaging in original condition ( ie. unassembled, with tags still in tact, etc.)
-copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
-brief letter of explanation
Merchandise returned for exchange will be subject to a $10 exchange fee plus the shipping charges.
Merchandise returned for refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee ($3.00 minimum).
If merchandise is defective please contact us for specific instructions based on the product manufacturer.
